In an effort to ensure returning families have priority registration, in addition to giving them the best opportunity to continue their training from last season, new registration policies are in effect. This system is in response to class limit guidelines due to the  COVID-19 pandemic. You will also find detailed information on why we have moved to this system and How To Register, below.

WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS?

(ADD ADDITIONAL CLASSES OR SWITCH DISCIPLINES)OPENS – MONDAY.JULY. 6 – Email ONLY

As class limits are smaller due to safety protocols, we wanted to provide the best opportunity for ALL dancers to have a chance to secure a spot in the continuation of their 19/20 schedules. Returning dancers are given priority to enroll in classes that enable a continuation of their dance training. Dancers wishing to add classes, or switch disciplines can do so as of Monday, July 6 by email only

ADDING CLASSES

  1. Email info@bostondanceco.com and provide the following information:  dancers name and genre request
  2. Dancers will be preapproved for additional classes provided there is space available in the requested genre
  3. Emails will be responded to in order of receipt
  4. If a requested class is full, your dancer will automatically be added to the waitlist for the appropriate levelled class
  • Any schedule adjustment requests emailed prior to July 6 will not be processed and will be deleted automatically
IMPORTANT: DO NOT email or call for any request prior to July 6

SWITCHING CLASSES

(MY DANCER WANTS TO SWITCH DISCIPLINES, WHAT DO I DO?)

  2. Please be aware, provided there is space, the admin team will automatically withdraw your dancer from the class in which they are currently registered and switch your dancer into the appropriate level class in the requested discipline
  3. An email will be sent confirming the switch has taken place

  • Registration is on a first come first served basis. We cannot guarantee enrollment or accommodate any special requests.
  • Returning families are given enrollment priority in disciplines they are continuing in from the 2019/20 season
  • As class sizes are smaller this season, we encourage you to register early to avoid disappointment as classes do fill up quickly.
  • Schedule adjustments (adding or switching disciplines) can be requested as of July  6. NOT before
  • Any schedule adjustment requests emailed prior to July 6 will not be processed and will be deleted automatically
  • Please ensure to read all policy, waivers and safety protocols prior to registering (emailed and on our website).  This can be done prior to July 4.  Having the waiver signed in advance will speed up the registration process
  • Prior to registration please take time to update your online family account. Ensure all information is current.
  • Ensure you have a valid Visa or Mastercard on file.  It is required for registration. No exceptions.
  • When enrolling in classes be sure to click the white box.  DO NOT click the X as this will delete your preapproved classes.  If you do this you will need to wait until Monday before you will be able to register.
  • Registration is confirmed by receiving your payment receipt after completing the check out section.
