Arabella has over 25 years’ experience teaching hundreds of students in R.A.D. Ballet, I.S.T.D. Tap, Modern, Jazz, and National examinations from Primary to Professional level. She has successfully coached many students to take their Associate Examinations (teaching qualifications) in both Tap and Modern. She was trained at the Laine Theatre Arts College in London, learning all forms of dance disciplines, including voice and acting. After graduating with honours, Arabella danced professionally in South Africa having her own group The Martinis, and then immigrated to Canada to teach at the Sinclair Academy of Dance here in Victoria. In Victoria she has choreographed many musicals including Annie, Oliver!, Guys and Dolls, The Boyfriend and Grand Hotel. She has adjudicated at many festivals and continues to train students to the highest levels of technique and performance. Happily married to a keen yachtsman, Arabella loves travelling and is excited about her latest artistic challenge – she is off to Trinidad to choreograph an original musical!
