  • September & Registration fees due at check out. Your following monthly payments will begin October 01.

******** VERY IMPORTANT*********
You MUST complete your online registration all the way through CHECK OUT and by making your “balance due” payment. Once you have reached the “Thank You” page your enrollment is considered complete.
You will receive an email payment receipt and confirmation of your classes once processed.  If your balance due shows as $0.00 you’ve completed payment.
If you do not complete CHECK OUT  and make your Sept/Registration payment the system will automatically drop student(s) from all class(es)by 12am. A spot will not be held and you must login and register again. 


Registration for NEW families can be done IN PERSON or online

  • In-PERSON Come into our office 2750 Quadra Street with your class disaplines in mind.
  • Registration Fees ($40 per student) & Septembers Tuition is due during enrollment.
  • ALL fees are payable by Visa & MasterCards only.
  • Classes are by pre approval only. Email or call once your online account is active and we can discuss your options.

Classes that are more than once a week will appear as follows: DAY  MThF = (Monday, Thursday, Friday)  Start Time: 5:00pm *but will only show the start time of the first class – Refer to schedule. Once registered all start times will appear on student schedules in your online family account.
  1. Click on the “Family Login” tab at the top of the website. 
  2. To log in enter your email & password.
    • The email entered should be the email in which you receive studio communication. If there are multiple emails on the account you may have to make more than one attempt (it is often the email associated with the payor or guardian).
    • If you need to set up your family account, click “Forgot your password?” and follow prompts.
  3. Once logged in you will be prompted to agree to BDC waivers & policies (please read carefully).
  4. Select “Enroll in My Pre-approved Classes” to view eligible class options.(only visible starting June 16)
    – classes listed are suggestions based on 17-18 enrollment, and not mandatory – select your classes and follow to check out 
    – if you no longer see your pre approved class online via family portal. Please contact the studio and we will add you to the waitlist.

  5. Follow the prompts through check out until you see the “Thank You” page and have made your Sept/ Registration. 

You will be emailed a receipt of payment/schedule confirmation once your card has been successfully processed.
