JUNE TECHNIQUE MAINTENANCE
Join us Mondays and Wednesday in June for technique maintenance. Classes begin Wednesday, June 7th. All classes are on a drop in bases of $10 per day.

* please note, for Progressing ballet technique equipment is required. This includes a yoga matt, 9 foot resistance band, Medium soft ball 22″ in diameter, a fit/swiss ball for your required height. When you sit on the ball, your knees should be bent at 90 degrees.
Boston Dance is pleased to offer “Boston Dance Companies (BDCO).” This program is designed for the dedicated and committed dancer who has a desire to reach higher levels in technique and performance. The program is designed for serious young dancers ages 10 and up who are interested in a concentrated and focused study of dance( A performance jazz class has been planed for dance 8-9 years of age who are interested in an introduction to competition dance). Students in the Boston Dance Company will perform in various festivals, competitions, community events as the arise and are also eligible for solo’s, duets, trios, and small group pieces.
Acceptance into the program is by audition only. To be eligible for the program, students must meet the minimum age and experience requirements for each level. Students are not necessarily selected by skill but also work ethic, focus, commitment, attitude and desire to dance. The program will require a strong commitment and dedication from each dancer.
Requirements for the 2017-2018 are currently being determined. NEW for the 2017-2018 season will be Friday afternoon classes including, progressing ballet technique, choreography, stretch, turns and jumps. September 2017, Boston Dance will be offering ACRO, contemporary technique, pilates, optional RAD ballet exams and improvisation for our competitive dancers.
